Is 20 too old to dress in a gothic emo fashion? - japanese kid model

I like to wear clothes spider web of ropes, striped socks and such, and platform boots with buckles on them, I have not made the scene or an emo boy, but I have my own style based on these things. I kind of clothing such as Misa Amane from Death Note. She is 21, I think. But it is a Japanese model, so you can dress up crazy if she wants. I'm only half in Asia and I'm not a model! I look like with the aim of emo boy like a western, I like the Gothic Lolita style, but has declined somewhat.
Is he too old as 20 wearing this stuff? I'm 19, but I'm 20 in the first half: (
